Leisure Village is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) in Camarillo California located on just over 450 acres. Construction of these 2136 electric homes began in 1973 and was completed in 1984. Maintenance, upgrading and improvement of the common areas and amenities is an ongoing process.
There are 16 models that range from 1-bedrooms homes with 672 square feet to 2-bedroom homes with den that are over 2000 square feet. All are one-story homes and most are attached.
The Avalon model has 672 square feet. It has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is no garage or laundry hook-ups.
The Balboa model is 840 square feet. It has 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is no garage or laundry hook-ups.
The Brentwood model has 951 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and combination living and dining room. There is a 1-car garage with laundry hook-ups.
There are 2 types of Newport models, both are 887 square feet. Both have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. They both have 1-car garage with laundry hook-ups.
The Monterey model is 961 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is 1-car garage with laundry hook-ups.
The Capri model is 1064 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, kitchen with breakfast area, dining room and living room. Some have 1-car and some have 2-car garages, both with laundry hook-ups.
The Coronado model is 1070 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with breakfast area, dining room and living room. Some have 1-car and some have 2-car garages, both with laundry hook-ups.
The Del Mar model is 1108 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is 1-car garage with laundry hook-ups.
The Bel Air model is 1123 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is 1-car garage with laundry hook-ups.
The Galaxy model is 1494 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is 1-car garage with laundry hook-ups.
There are 2 Holmby models, one with 1185 square feet and the other with 1309 square feet. Both have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. The Holmby that was built in the newer phase has an inside laundry room, the other has laundry hook-ups in the garage. Both have 1-car garage .
The Fiesta model has 1342 square feet. His has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with breakfast area, dining room, living room and interior laundry room. There is 1-car garage.
The Amalfi model has 1441 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, den and interior laundry room. There is 1-car garage.
The El Dorado model has 1498 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, den and interior laundry room.
Some have 1-car and some have 2-car garages.
